'O Virgo Splendens' is the first track on my album 'Constellations' - and here is the sheet music!

Instrumentation: alto recorder and voice. Voice may be transposed by octave accordingly.

Difficulty level: the recorder part alone is easy. With the addition of the voice it becomes intermediate-advanced.

The original piece is a beautiful monophonic work from the 14th century book 'Llibre Vermell de Montserrat'. I have made an arrangement for (tenor) recorder and voice, where you sing and play at the same time. Of course, you can choose to only play the recorder line, and you still have a beautiful piece of music.
